Bouncy Treats is sa student project made in two weeks by two students, the goal was to develop a mobile game and making a trailer video as if we were trying to publish it on the play store. We had at our disposal a few assets that we could use or not delivered by the teacher (with the possibility to add our own). .:Gameplay:. The gameplay is pretty basic, you throw caps on a board to make donuts bounce everywhere to make them slide under topping dispencers. Each level in the game is a client's order that you need to fullfil by making the right amount of donut with the correct topping. You have an unlimited number of caps and each level chalenge you to make it with the lowest number of caps possible rewards you with stars (3 maximum for each stages). Depending of the number of stars you have total you unlock new caps (no effects at the moment but we thought maybe giving them special effects). .:Side notes:. Even if the notation was highly based on the trailer video, a peculiar attention was held toward development. The game architechture can be easily re-used for future projects, we used unity Animator a lot with states machine to bring a lot of animation to menus. To further improve refinment we added a lot of Fx and Sfx and tried to make responsive UI that can scale to fit some devices (att least to some extend). .:Known Bug:. - Most of the time, after bouncing, elements tends to stick to a vertical or horizontal axis, to work around this slopes have been implemented to prevent donuts from sticking to sides or corners. .:Credits:.
